   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Smart Lock — Exceeds Expectations at a Fraction of the Price!This lock is absolutely fabulous — sharp design, solid build, and packed with features usually found only in high-end brands, but at a fraction of the cost. You can unlock it using a key, app, PIN, fingerprint, or the included RFID tag, and it even integrates smoothly with Google Home.Setup through the app was incredibly simple and stress-free. I own more than 50 smart and connected devices (including Google Wi-Fi, Kasa lights, LG washer, and more), and this lock easily ranks as one of the best digital devices I’ve ever used.I’m genuinely impressed with this lesser-known brand — they’ve nailed the design, reliability, and user experience. I truly hope they expand their lineup to include privacy locks, passage locks, and other door hardware, because I’d buy them in a heartbeat.Highly recommended!

   Works great, looks great
   Easy to install thanks to great instruction video. took me maybe 45 min (first time doing a door handle for me). The fingerprint feature is super convenient and works perfectly – my wife and I trained multiple fingers on both hands in case our hands were full with something.Took a lot of batteries, but hopefully lasts a long while.

   Great product with one major design flaw.
   Love this product. Installation was very easy and so was the setup. I have only one suggestion for the manufacturer. They need to design the inside latch and housing so that the multi switch isn’t located so close to the door know. In the morning I use the switch to set the lock on pass through mode because it is constantly opening and closing. Inevitably the button is slightly touched, locking the door so that one or more children are locked out. Poor design placement.

   Love it so far, happy with the product.
   Much better product. Easy to install, it took me about 45 minutes to remove previous one and install this one and I am not very handy.It looks great but just so you know it is made of plastic looks like steal. Handles are of course steel.Fingerprint works, me my wife and son was able to install the application and were able to lock unlock from our apps as well.Also, note that it does require 8 AA batteries.

   If you do need customer service, you will not be disappointed
   The most helpful customer service! April went above and beyond answering all my questions when trying to connect my door lock set to wifi. Every call was answered promptly, friendly and with true knowledge for the product. I also communicated via email and text with customer service, amazing! This door lock was purchased for a rental in a condo complex with low signal strength, ultimately requiring a booster. We were able to diagnose the issue after a second lock set was sent and attempting to connect using a hot spot. The door lock is working perfect and we are very pleased with this purchase.
