Love this product!
I love this hair cream. I was going to buy it in the store but they were out so I found it on Amazon for the same price. It works really well for styling my hair without being heavy or greasy. I like that it can be applied to either wet or dry hair. I think one of my favorite parts is the packaging. I love that it’s a top pump that allows one clean application without waste. I’ll definitely buy again.

Hydrating & Smoothing
I found this TRESemmé Smoothing Cream to be a solid frizz-control product, especially for the price. The cream is on the thicker side, and a little goes a long way. Even with my very thick hair, it did a good job smoothing things out and leaving my hair feeling soft and silky instead of dry or frizzy.It comes in a pump bottle. I usually prefer a squeeze tube, but the pump worked just fine and made it easy to control how much product I used.The scent was a bit strong at first when I pumped it out, but once it was applied and my hair was styled, I didn’t really notice the smell anymore.I typically apply it after blow-drying, but it can also be used on damp hair. While it worked well for me, I think this product would be even better for people with average to thinner hair types, as my hair is very thick and still needs a bit more work to fully tame the frizz.Overall, it’s a good value, makes my hair feel smooth and hydrated, and does what it promises without weighing hair down.

Restored moisture with great smell
The TRESemmé smoothing cream is a high-quality hair cream that did a great job of restoring moisture to my dry, naturally curly hair.The product itself is a white cream that is about the consistency of sunscreen. The first thing I noticed when using it was the smell – it has a nice, fresh smell that’s not too sweet or overpowering and didn’t trigger my scent sensitivities. The second thing I noticed was the unique shape of the jar and applicator – I liked that the pump is internal to the jar. It makes one handed pumping and scooping very easy. I have some mobility issues with my right shoulder, so anything that limits motion is a big plus.The instructions said I could use it wet or dry, so I tried it on dry hair that had been blown out. Per the instructions I didn’t apply it all the way to my roots – I think that’s what keeps it from making your hair too greasy.I’m very pleased with the result. My hair smell nice and feels softer and less dry. I have curly hair that is heavily color-treated (bleached and dyed pink). I took this to a photo shoot where a friend who is a hair and make-up professional (straight hair, without color treatment) also used it and enjoyed it on her hair as well. So it seems to be good for a variety of hair types.I’ve used a variety of hair products, many of which I liked less and cost more. So given the price of 12.97 at the time of this review, I feel that this is an excellent value.

So awesome
This new smoothing cream is so awesome. I have color processed hair and live in a very dry climate so I really struggle with my hair having a straw like texture no matter what I do. This is such an easy way to have it stay silky and smooth and easy to manage. The smell of it is divine and makes my hair smell wonderful. It just takes a couple of small pumps of product and I work it from tips to roots on wet hair after I get out of the shower. It doesn’t seem to matter whether I air dry or blow dry it it turns out so soft and bouncy. Bounciness is a quality in hair that tends to be lost in dry climates. So, that was very nice to have for once. I can tell this is a very high quality product and I’m very pleased with the results on my hair. Particularly the ends of my hair tend to get dry between washes and I need moisture on the ends of my hair the same way that people in more normal climates need dry shampoo on their roots between washes. It controls frizz and flyaways for about 48 hours before it needs to be either reapplied or missed it with water to reactivate. I like the container that it comes in because it makes it very easy to apply and if you need to open it up it’s actually a jar that you can scoop every last bit out of with still having the convenience of a pump at the top. I am extremely happy with this product and would be glad to order it again. I would highly recommend it.
