Love the Smell – Appreciate the Convenience
“Good things come in small packages!” is the phrase that came to mind for me with this little styling stick. It’s so small! It smells great, and it’s very easy to use.Because there were no directions included with this adorable little hairstyle helper, I might’ve accidentally been attempting to use it as a roll-on – like a deodorant, and I might have been wondering *why* the roll-on top wasn’t working! Maybe. It might’ve happened, but there is no one to confirm this.Once I figured out that the top was indeed just protection for the sticky stuff, needed to be removed BEFORE use, and there was another twist at the bottom of the stick (in addition to the top being twist off), all was well! As soon as I twisted the bottom (it raises and lowers the actual product), the scent made me “MmmMmMmm.” It’s very pleasant and almost fruity/tropical.I took this on the go to finish the last step of my daughter’s braided hair at school drop off because the gel I had been using was getting low enough it was tough to squeeze out and took forever to get any – not to mention it would make a huge mess. I was even able to use it on my son’s hair who is super picky about everything! This is a much better option than gel, smells great, and is the perfect size to take with you. Toss it in a go-bag or purse for touch-ups on the go, or leave it with your other hair products. At only $10 with coupon at the time of review, it’s totally worth it!

Great for flyaways and quick touch ups but not an all day hold
I grabbed this mainly for quick fixes and that is exactly where it shines. It is perfect for taming flyaways, smoothing edges, or cleaning up hair that sticks out after a hat or helmet comes off. I like that it goes on clear, does not feel greasy, and does not leave my hair stiff or crunchy.The stick format is super convenient and mess free, especially when you are in a rush or traveling. A little goes a long way and it blends in easily without looking like you loaded up on product.The reason I knocked off one star is hold time. This is more of a light control and polish product, not something meant to lock your style in all day. I sometimes need a second pass later in the day if I am outside or moving around a lot.Overall, it does exactly what it claims and is great to keep in a bag, car, or bathroom drawer for quick touch ups. Just do not expect heavy hold or styling power and you will be happy with it.

amazing product! Worked when nothing else did
I reeeeally like this product—and I honestly didn’t expect to. Over the past year I’ve developed a lot more flyaways, and nothing I tried worked well for my fine hair. Hairspray helps briefly but wears off quickly, and layering it just leaves my hair crunchy. Oils and creams slick flyaways down, but they also make my hair look weighed-down and greasy. Most products ended up making things look worse than simply living with the flyaways.Honestly I didn’t have high hopes for this product but figured it was worth a try. Let me tell you that when I first tried it, my mouth actually dropped open. I applied very lightly to start and my flyaways STAYED DOWN. *And* my hair didn’t look like it had anything on it. There was no shine, no stiffness, no greasy residue – my hair still looked completely natural, just smoother and more polished. I could not believe it!I’ve used it many, many times since. It doesn’t last all day, especially if I’m outside or touching my hair a lot, but reapplying is easy and doesn’t cause buildup. Even after multiple touch-ups, my hair never looks coated or heavy, which is a big deal for fine hair. I will continue using this product and have thrown away so many others that I tried which failed.A few added perks: The packaging is compact so it’s great for travel or keeping in a purse. The scent is also pleasant yet light.

Smells great, tames flyaways, lasted a long day!
Okay, I was pleasantly surprised with this styling stick. I have used some in the past and they did not tame flyaways like this one does! I color, straighten, and blow dry my hair often.. not to mention wearing it up in tight buns and pony tails constantly.. I have MANY baby hairs around my face and around my head. I have you a before using this styling stick and after to show you what it does. It did make my hair appear a little oily even though it was a fresh wash, so I would use it in moderation— but it did amazing around my face! I think I messed up by using on top of my head— but it still was okay either way.The bottle is sleek and looks elegant, the smell is amazing and reminds me of this brands coconut type scented shampoos. This styling stick is a pretty decent size and will last a very long time at 1.05OZ or 30 g.It takes my baby hairs with ease, it held for over a day and through a very lingering shift and my young son, the texture was good, and the greasiness ca be a problem but only if you use it too much or in certain spots. I would call this product effective!I love that the bottle has clear and easy to read instructions and even a barcode to scan for professionals to give you their tips and tricks when using this product! Highly recommend!
