Easy set up, good workout, FUN!!!!
This is a good machine, the speaker is decently loud and it’s a good workout. I’m new to working out and this is low impact and still gets the calories burning. Plus it’s so much fun! Definitely worth the price and it’s very sturdy.

A good little arm workout!
The music boxing machine is a real arm workout. It has different speeds on it so it can get more intense and fast. I tried the highest level at 9, and it was really fast. I felt comfortable at level 8 because it was fast and gave me a nice sweat but it’s not too hard either. The directions are easy to follow. It comes with a large Velcro tape to put on the wall so I put it in my garage and I can take it on and off and move it higher so my husband can also use it. The Bluetooth was super easy to connect. The volume is loud. Overall, awesome way to get a little work out for your arms or blow some steam.

The included boxing gloves are of excellent quality and offer excellent protection and comfort, the sensors are responsive and bring a lot of fun, boxing is great fun and easy to set up, great value for money. This is a super fun device and this smart music boxing machine is a great way to stay active and have fun!

Great workout!!
I was headset about buying a product like this however I thought I’d give it a shot. Installs to the wall pretty well and then once you turn on it takes a little bit of trial and air to get the Bluetooth connected. Once you connected connect it to your Spotify or music and just play the music and increase the speed it’s a great workout for a good 20-30 minutes.
