Unimpressive
You have to manually ask the ring to measure vitals. No real time tracking. Not very helpful to watch vitals. Blood pressure inaccurate.

Good Ring
Overall I have been satisfied. This ring tracks blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygen, heart rate, stress, sleep, and exercise. It can be set to check heart rate on an automatic regular schedule, but I do not see a way to check blood pressure automatically, which would be a nice feature. This ring is a good value for the price, and easy to use with the app, but is not top of the line. Still very good.

The blood pressure measurement is not calibrated correctly
I like the sports tracking, daily activities recording, sleeping monitoring.I have a problem with the blood pressure measuring is not correct, I am comparing readings with an actual blood pressure digital machine.When taking readings I have tried many times different fingers, rotating to different positions and the actual readings are off by 20 to 30.Please advice.
