Reliable, Secure, and Easy-to-Use Smart Lock – Highly Recommend!
Right out of the box, installation was super easy. It took me about 15 minutes with just a screwdriver, and the instructions were straightforward. I was worried I might need professional help, but this was a DIY-friendly project. It fit perfectly on my standard front door, and everything needed was included in the package.Features & Performance✅ Multiple Ways to Unlock – I love that I can use a fingerprint, keypad code, mechanical key, one-time passcode, or even remote access through the app. The fingerprint sensor is fast and accurate, and I’ve had no issues with it recognizing my prints.✅ App & Remote Access – The Treatlife app is very intuitive. I can lock/unlock the door remotely, check activity logs, and even set up guest access codes, which is great for visitors or deliveries.✅ Auto-Lock Feature – I no longer have to worry about forgetting to lock the door! It locks automatically after a set time, which is a lifesaver.

Works and looks great, good app, wish it came with better instructions.
This lock is nice! It is very smooth, works quickly, and is reliable. The app is very well-made and easy to use, adding fingerprint to. It is super easy. It lights up well and stays off when not needing the keypad. My only complaint is that the instructions that came with it didn’t really say how to program it. So the problem we had is the lock thought it had to go the other direction, so I would lock to the right instead of the left and therefore didn’t lock at all. This made for a pretty stressful install because we couldn’t figure it out and we didn’t wanna leave the house unlocked but eventually, we figured it out. I just think it would be useful to include these instructions in the package.

Solid Deadbolt
Pretty simple and standard installation, adjustable to support both 60mm and 70mm backsets, and comes with batteries. There is a Bluetooth gateway device included that is USB powered, but you will need to use your own wall charger. Setup requires an app and can be used to store multiple passcodes, temp codes, auto-lock, fingerprints, as well as the ability to remotely lock/unlock.Overall a solid product and worth the buy.

WASTE OF MONEY
Terrible lock, poor construction that impairs the functionality of the lock when locking and unlocking, no problem with connectivity just with locking and unlocking. I am a brand loyal and really wanted this to work but it was a disappointment.

Advanced Smart Lock
I’m already impressed just unboxing this 5-in-1 keyless entry system, which comes with a fingerprint scanner, keypad, app control, mechanical key, and even temporary guest code options. The packaging highlights how the app lets you manage up to 100 passcodes and fingerprints, and with the included WiFi Bluetooth Gateway. It’s also got 4 AA batteries included and a USB-C port for emergency power, which feels super practical, and the sleek black finish looks so sharp. The auto-lock feature sounds like a total win for security, and the low-battery alerts are a nice bonus. Straight out of the box, this lock feels like a fantastic deal.

Upgrading to a Smart Lock: Simple Swap with a Small Learning Curve
The lock functions well and looks great! Installation was fairly straightforward—I was able to reuse my existing strike plate and simply swap out the lock. Now, I can control it using Alexa, a keypad, fingerprint access, and a traditional key.One minor issue arose during testing: before securing everything in place, I noticed the lock only turned clockwise by default, and I couldn’t manually adjust it to turn counterclockwise. That was frustrating at first. After some research, I discovered that once I downloaded the app and completed the initial setup, the lock automatically configured itself to the correct direction. It would have saved me some time if the installation manual had mentioned this during the testing phase. That aside, everything is working smoothly so far!

A capable and sturdy lock that is easy to install
Lock was easy to install using the provided instructions and template. I was replacing an existing deadbolt and it easily installed in the existing holes in the door and jamb. There is a Bluetooth to WiFi gateway that must be plugged into a USB power source (not provided) that allows the lock to be accessed outside of Bluetooth range. It can be locked or unlocked manually, via the keypad, or via the Treatlife app. I am giving the unit only 4 stars because I discovered after buying it that I cannot lock or unlock it using Google Home, but perhaps this is for the best, since that prevents a bad actor from doing the same.

Exactly what we needed for instances where we forget our keys.
My family recently moved to a new city without any friends or family nearby. We like to take our kids out on walks to the park. I constantly worry that I’ll forget my keys and we won’t be able to get back into our house without a locksmith or breaking in. But an electronic lock like this is perfect. I installed it on a side door where nobody can see it and use it as an emergency entrance into the house.Installation was easy, pretty much like any other deadbolt installation. Initially the lock wasn’t working in the direction I installed it, but pressing the reset button fixed that. The Treatlife app works great and having a notification when the lock is unlocked too long is reassuring. Google Home integration isn’t working right but I may have to play around with it more. Some have complained that the keypad numbers are hard to see especially at night but they light up when you press any of the buttons, and that doesn’t affect you entering your key code as the lock ignores all inputs except your programmed codes. My only complaint is that the key codes you program have to be at least 6 numbers, I would have preferred 4.
