   A terrific smart lock and great value – highly recommended!
   After reading the instructions and taking a look at the video, I was able to install the ULTRALOQ quickly, easily and without any problem at all. Its helpful to note that I was replacing a standard lock that was itself well-installed and worked smoothly and that the door lines up well with the jamb. I highly recommend this smart lock. It has a terrific list of features including fingerprint recognition, geo-fencing unlock/lock, door closure sensing. It can be connected to wireless networks or operate independently,

   Ultraloq smart lock is a “SHORE” thing!
   It’s a “shore” thing! The sea salt, sun nor sunscreened fingertips stop this smart lock from working.I purchased my first Ultraloq Pro lock in 2021. It was purchased for the front door of my beach home with the intent on making it easier for service people to come and go. That it did. However I have to admit I did have some troubles with it. About a month after I purchased the lock it stopped unlocking and/or would get jammed. . I knew it was installed correctly as I had hired a locksmith to professionally install it (not necessary though). Even after troubleshooting using the app support and the manual The lock would not work. I called customer service and they willingly worked with me and concluded that I needed a replacement part (which they mailed out immediately). Since then, that lock has worked like a charm and I’ve purchased two others, one for my back door and one for my storage shed.My family LOVES our Ultraloq smart locks and so do I! Of course I love them for the usual reasons such as, fingerprint recognition, not having to dig out keys, having the peace of mind that it locks up if I or someone else forgets to lock up because we may have our hands full etc.,being able to make temporary users for when no is at home but service people still need to get in (you can also give the temp users a set schedule when their codes work and how many times they can use their codes with set times and dates).But, most of all, I LOVE these locks for their durability at the beach. Anyone who owns a home on our near the beach knows that the salt air and high sun rays destroys everything. It either rusts it or dries it out. Even stainless steel, marine quality products have been destroyed by the beach elements. These locks, however have still held up. My front door lock is 4 years old and still going strong. No signs if corrosion, rust, or weakening of the interior or exterior components of the lock! It even works with sunscreened fingertips! Yahoo!Even the Ultraloq on my storage shed, which is out in the direct sunlight and elements is working great! On my storage shed it gives me a piece of mind that the bikes, beach chairs and water toys are locked up and safe!If you want to hit the beach and enjoy the sun, sand and surf with no worries, this is the smart lock for you! The perfect beach house addition! I’ll keep you updated as I will be purchasing these locks for my permanent residence soon.

   Quality materials and easy to setup/use via app
   Quality materials and finish, easy to setup. Multiple methods to open this lock – combination codes, fingerprint reader, Auto Unlock/lock, wave smartphone to open, and unlock/lock via Smartphone app. App is easy to use. I purchased the WiFi bridge separately and it was easy to setup via the app.My only complaint is the Auto Unlock feature works intermittently which is an issue that others have reported online. I hope that UltraLoq comes out with a fix in the future.

   Great Product
   It was easy to install and works great. There was one small issue with the Auto Unlock feature but it cleared up after a couple of days. I posted to the Ultraloq community forum to see if anyone else had the same issue. The company tech support reached out to me after reading my post with suggestions to resolve my problem. Very good customer support. It has all of the features of top smart locks (auto lock, auto unlock, fingerprint unlock, passcode unlock, logging, multiple user support). I highly recommend it.

   Great value and great look!
   Replaced my Schlage smart lock with this and have been super happy with the apple homekit compatibility. The fingerprint sensor is a little sensitive and is running at about 50% first time accuracy but still works after 2 or 3 tries. The keypad took some getting used to with its orientation but that’s just because I’ve been using the Schlage for the last 4 years.Super easy to install and connected to our WiFi on the first try. It did take a couple minutes to figure out pairing with my apple home which could have been laid out better in the instructions but not a deal breaker. Great product for the price and it looks great. Not bulky or clunky but it is a little loud when the motor is locking/unlocking the door.

   Reliable and works on thick door!
   We’ve been using the Ultraloq Fingerprint Bolt (HomeKit version) for about a month now in our home with two little girls under 3 years old and my wife, and it’s been a game-changer for our daily routine. Installation was straightforward—I managed it in under an hour with basic tools, and the app guided me through the HomeKit setup seamlessly. The fingerprint scanner is incredibly reliable; it recognizes my print, my wife’s, and even a couple of trusted family members’ in seconds, which means no more fumbling for keys when I’m carrying a toddler or groceries.The build quality feels solid, with a sturdy deadbolt that gives that reassuring click when it locks. We love the auto-lock feature after 30 seconds—perfect for forgetful moments when chasing after our energetic girls. Integration with HomeKit is spot-on; we can lock/unlock via Siri from our iPhones or Apple Watch, and it ties into our home automation scenes (like locking up when we say “goodnight” to the lights). The battery life has been impressive so far, and the low-battery alerts via the app keep us proactive.One minor hiccup: the fingerprint setup can be a bit finicky if your hands are wet or dirty, but that’s rare for us. Overall, it’s enhanced our home security without complicating life—our girls can’t reach the keypad yet, but when they do, we’ll appreciate the child-proof aspects.That said, it would be fantastic if Ultraloq added Apple HomeKey compatibility in a future update or model.    This was my second smart lock attempt for my front door, after previously having tried a more expensive lock from another manufacturer which died after 3 months. The ultraloq was easy to install and easy to get working. The app is the most polished out of 3 brands I have tried. For its price definitely the best value for money. The lock feels sturdy and well-made.Most impressive has been the responsiveness of customer support. When I have needed to reach out for help with an issue, they are the most responsive and helpful customer support team for a tech company I have interacted with in many years.The one area I would like to see improvement is to be able to integrate this lock via its wifi bridge into my broader smart home ecosystem with Home Assistant. This is possible with the zwave model, but sadly not with the wifi bridge route that I purchased.

   We replaced an existing simple code lock in order to allow remote code programming for our vacation rental. Replacement was simple other then this new lock has a side plate and our old one did not. So we had to chisel then in. No biggie. The lock itself is well made, quiet and set up with the wifi bridge was simple. The app us easy to use and functions are impressive. Remote lock/unlock/code programing/timed entry/limited number of entries/different types of users/optional auto lock/optional auto open etc etc . App is very intuitive. It is exactly what I wanted.Two small design complaints are that 1. The numbers are not easily visible in the dark unless you light them up by pushing the lock button first (or the first number you can’t see:)). Not sure why it doesn’t have dark on white numbering. 2. The lock button should be on the top and not “hidden” below the key hole assembly. The lock button looks more like a logo.None of these are a big deal if it is your own house but with vacation rentals, some guests are just not that great at figuring things out….:)…so a more intuitive design would go a long way. More of a suggestion then a complaint. Great product!

    Absténganse de comprar productos de esta marca, estuve buscando un substituto para mi cerradura normal de teclado después de casi dos años de uso (sin cambiarle baterías por cierto) y como es para una casa que rento en Airbnb me pareció buena idea un producto con conexión a internet para agregar y borrar contraseñas a distancia. Para empezar la App jamás sincronizó el día y la hora por lo que me fue imposible crear contraseñas temporales (desde aquí perdí total interés en conservarla) y después a los 3 días de haberla instalado y justo cuando quise agregar una contraseña nueva mediante la conexión a distancia con Wifi simplemente la App jamás se conectó con la cerradura, afortunadamente la casa está a 5 minutos en auto de donde estaba así que acudí a revisar que había pasado y la cerradura simplemente se murió, tuve que abrirla con la llave de emergencia y sacarle las baterías para que funcionara de nuevo. Puedo lidiar con que no me lleguen las alertas (solo me llegaban el 50% aproximadamente), puedo lidiar con que jamás pudiera crear contraseñas temporales, pero que deje de funcionar de la nada es una falla intolerable, por lo que decidí regresarla con solo 3 días de instalada. Pésima compra, ni siquiera valió la pena todo el tiempo de espera ya que se envío desde Estados Unidos a Mexico. Probablemente me decida por otra de marca Schlage, casi al doble del precio pero parece que valdrá la pena, al menos por la pura marca creo que será mucho mejor inversión.Pd. Estuve en contacto vía mail con servicio al cliente y sus respuestas eran: “Conéctese vía Bluetooth” …. “Reinicie la cerradura de fábrica” …. Como si no hubiera intentado eso ya varias veces antes de contactarlos, simplemente no te resuelven NADA. Aplica Perfecto lo de “lo barato sale caro”.Actualización: compré la Yale Assure lock con conexión a internet mediante August y ha sido la mejor compra que he hecho en la casa de Airbnb, simplemente el producto es INCREÍBLE!!
