IT’S A 10 TIP/Directions:
After using Miracle Moisture Shampoo and Daily Conditioner, apply leave-in product to wet wet hair before blow drying or styling Or use on dry hair instead of styling cream for smooth, controlled hair. Shampoo and condition hair and towel dry. Apply leave-in product to wet hair before blow drying or styling or use product on dry hair to smooth down flyaways for a softening styling spray. Apply throughout clean, damp hair, working through with fingers. Partially air dry (10 min) before blow drying or heat styling. Makes an excellent taming/hold product for sleek styles. I love this product
I got a perm at an Aveda salon. Upon arrival, I asked my stylist of 4 years if she thought my medium brown colored hair could even tolerate a perm. Unfortunately, she was in a pissy mood and was acting put out about doing the perm for some unknown reason. Rather than answering my questions, she just started preparing the perm rods. Then I found out that Aveda doesn’t even make perms anymore! Why didn’t I get up and run out of there? Unknown. I stayed. Afterwards, my fine hair was a frizzed out, brittle, zombie, extremely dry MESS. I left in tears. Once home I wet my hair again with water. After gently squeezing my wet hair with a microfiber towel, I applied Matrix Miracle Treat 12 Lotion Spray and then the Silk Express Leave-in. I applied both products the same way as they are thicker lotions. I put two pumps of the Matrix in my hands and applied it to one front side, two more sprays for the other side, 2 sprays each for each back side, and 2 sprays for the way back, then repeat with the Silk Express. Afterwards I worked them in again together well. Then I finger combed my permed hair and let it air dry. When dry my hair looked healthy, soft, frizz free, and shiny. I was amazed. I know it sounds like I used a ton of product, but believe me, my hair drank it up. Once dry, it didn’t feel greasy or weighed down at all. I just picked it out a little and it looked good. I do the same routine every time I wash my hair with the same results. Last week I made the mistake of deciding to use much less of each product listed above because I was also trying the It’s a 10 Miracle Whipped Styling Balm for the first time. My hair turned out awful–dull, crispy, frizzy again. Now I’m not entirely certain how much the Miracle Whipped Styling Balm contributed to this disaster, but I’ll save discussing how I felt about it for that review. What I do know, is that using ~1/2 the amount of my 2 lotion sprays was not a good idea. My hair needs all that moisture and conditioning until this perm grows out anyway. As an aside, I would just love to know of a gentle, effective perm for double processed hair (medium brown hair and a perm). Before my perm I used It’s a 10 Silk Express Leave-in as well, though in a lesser amount, and still got soft, shiny, frizz free hair. Will continue to buy, highly recommend. I don’t recommend spraying this directly on your hair as it’s hard to distribute evenly and may be easy to use too much on one spot.

great product, I water it down
I use this every time I wash my hair. I water it down, so it lasts a long time. I add just a tiny bit to an older bottle and add water. Otherwise my hair would look greasy. Watering it down works very well and it really lasts long.

Does what it says it will do!
My hair tends to be frizzy especially when it’s cold or damp outside. I’ve used this leave-in conditioner for several months now and it works which is more than I can say about the other products I’ve used. The scent is very nice! Ivey had compliments from my husband and others about how nice my hair smells. My dental hygienist was one of the ones just to make things clear! lol The main point is my hair isn’t frizzy after I use Silk Express Miracle Leave-In Formula and it’s a lot softer too.

This is a great leave-in product after towel drying washed hair. A few quirts comb through instant detangler especially for fine hair that tangles easy. Smells great. Does not weight hair down or feel sticky. Protects hair if you use flat iron. Highly recommend.
