   Excellent electronic lock that is easy to install and has a great fingerprint reader
   I bought this lock after another one failed after only a month. The build construction is superior to the other unit I bought. Installation was very straightforward. I think the wire connecting the inside and outside units would easily fit with through a single hole, but if you have a double hole door already install is very, very quick. The electronic functions also operate better (at least after the first month of use). The fingerprint reader picks up nearly every time, whereas the first unit often failed to read my fingerprint. The iPhone app is well designed and relatively easy to use. The physical key is a bit large for a lockbox and a unique shape; it seems almost impossible to duplicate – I am grateful for the five copies. I was able to quickly register my four existing smart cards from the old unit. The five new smart cards also easily synced up with an electronic lock I use on our ski locker. A great experience so far!

The lock also keeps a record of every entry, so I always know who’s coming and going.The design is sleek and modern, and it looks fantastic on the front door. It runs on 4 AA batteries that last a really long time, and the app even lets you know when they’re getting low. Installation was very straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions included.Since getting this lock, we no longer stress about whether the door is secure—it gives real peace of mind.    This has been one of the best investments, I am coming back to write a review 2 years later. It is so nice having the ability to assign passcodes for individuals that come through often, as well as one-time codes for emergencies. There are five options to get in the door, all equally secure: Physical Key, Passcode, Thumbprint, App, or Key Fob. All door activity is visible in the TT Lock app, which was seamless to set up, giving us a reassurance of who is coming when.We love the connection with Alexa as well so we can ensure our door is locked wherever we are.Any questions we had were quickly answered by support which was an added bonus! 100% recommend this lock

   Near perfect lock
   This is almost the best lock ever. It works with a fingerprint, passcode, and RFID chip, and it’s built very well. My only issue is that it takes too long to unlock. There’s a slight delay between the fingerprint scan and the lock disengaging—about a second—while my other fingerprint reader locks were nearly instant.

   Easy set up, thumb print might be touchy but keypad works great and fob works great. No remote operation unless ur with 6’ of the lock or you buy a gateway

    Door lock is faulty, installed exactly as per the instructions. The lock will work how it is supposed to some days and other days you can hear the unlocking mechanism turning and it saying it’s unlocked but it’s still locked, had to kick in the door to get inside. I will not recommend this product, I would give 0 stars if that was a option
