   A great lock and handle set, good price, great features
   I figured it was time to step into the future regarding a modern door lock, our previous was just a regular old traditional knob and key lock entry and was a bit hard to fully close due to time taking its toll. Replacing our lock and knob with this set made it very easy to close the door again.This lock was easy to put in, I was surprised it went on our door with no modifications required (standard hole etc). The handles are really good, I chose this one mainly because of the handles. Our son was having issues opening the door with our previous knob so I decided to get this one with handles and he (and all of us) has 0 issues opening the door now.The app is good and easy to use, the lock quickly connected and setup was fairly simple. Registering a thumbprint takes no longer than a minute or two and was really easy, not complicated at all.Everyone else has to usually take 2 or 3 tries to get the reader to read their print but I quickly realized you have to have the top part of your thumbprint on the top part of the reader then quckly-ish flatten your thumb and doing that I’ve not had any issues getting it to read mine on the 1st try everytime.You can have thumbprints, pass codes (permanent/one-time use) card entry/key entry). You can even create them on the fly if you’ve got a friend etc coming over and you won’t be able to meet them at the door just create a one-time and/or time specific pass code for them that they can only use in a specific time frame. Could also do this for a service worker of any type who will be servicing in your home for whatever reason.The auto-lock has worked very well, no issues. You can set how long you want it to wait to auto-lock (using seconds of time) after closing the door. It is never locked from the inside so you never have to bother unlocking it when you open from the inside (a very nice feature imo). The lock noise is fine, not insanely loud but also not extremely quiet. In some way, hearing it lock is pleasant and re-assuring.Battery seems great so far, we’ve been using it for 24 days now as of June 30th, 2024 and the battery on app still says 100% so I will check it every week and see if there is any change in order to get an idea of how long it’ll go before they need changed. I use Energizer batteries for everything so I imagine it’ll get much longer use time than most other batteries.Also you can have multiple admins that you can give certain permissions or limited permissions to do specific things such as the ability to create codes and prints etc (example: spouses can all have the ability to create these–or not).All of this with 0 subscription necessary. Although a subscription is optional that allows you to control a ton of these in instances where you may own apartment buildings or hotels etc. Subscription also gives access to optional features that in no way are necessary. If you just want a lock as I described in my previous paragraphs then you will not need a subscription at all. I assume that the majority of users who may buy 1-3 of these will not need a subscription.I will definitely be buying another one of these when we replace our back door later this year. Just an excellent product 1 month in.

   Can’t believe I did not buy this earlier
   This is such an amazing product. Easy to install, my door is polymetallic making it a hassle to make new holes, plus I’m renting. THIS! So easy to install, no extra holes needed, battery life is incredible, the live updates, the ease of creating profiles with thumbprints and ability to create codes for specific times or one time only plus the backup key and 2 key cards. Fingerprint recognition has never failed us, locks as soon as you close the door which is SUCH A RELIEF!You can’t go wrong with this, thank me later.

   One of the best TT locks I’ve used
   Works very well. One of the best options for TT lock I’ve used, the touchpad is very responsive and the fingerprint sensor is a breeze to use. The finish is great and battery life seems to right on par with others. The only thing I don’t like about the functionality is that if you do ever need to use the key, you remove a piece to access it. Hopefully I never need to but for an Airbnb if my guest needs to use the key in an emergency and loses the key lock cover it’s going to look ugly. Hopefully it never happens. It’s a silly magnetic design that should have just been a swinging cover or something.

   Great value for the money
   Better handle quality than the previous version. But like another review said, the metal cover covering the key hole constantly falls. I gave up on trying to keep it covered. They even send a replacement in the accessory bag so I’m sure they are aware of it. I’m thinking about putting some silicone on it to glue it in place.Also the older version had a speaker on both sides of the door. This version you can only hear announcements from the outside of the door.But it operates great and if you setup an unlock schedule, your battery will last almost 2 years.

   Unreliable – do not buy
   If I could give this negative stars, I would. Terrible product, it’s been six months and every single lock we purchased – eight of them – has failed numerous times stranding tenants. They do not do well in cold – weather had -15F (that includes the windchill) and they stopped working, though advertised to work at -35F. The app doesn’t work – we’ve installed and reinstalled the app numerous times. Then reconnect but it stops working fairly quick after that. And as of recent one just failed for no reason, exchanged batteries still nothing. Just terrible product. I’ve reached to customer service asking to return them but they have not been very helpful except offering me a discount code to purchase the same subpar locks. Wouldn’t recommend!

   Great product
   Amazing product bought last year works amazingly and looks very sleek, easy installation and battery life is great I’ve had the exact same batteries since I installed it last April, and the fingerprint identification is on point don’t have to worry about it not being secure.
