Easy installation but will not work.
Edit: The Lock was just a bad one, these things happen, I’m going for 5 stars because of the sellers attitude. It’s on me letting the warranty expire, it’s on me for missing the return window, and it’s on me for not contacting the seller. After I left the review, I was contacted the same day by seller, to me! that’s a business person keeping an eye on his business and ready to fix any issues. They offered me a few options to remedy the problem, even tho I didn’t have a problem, like I said above, it’s all on me. They made me whole with out even asking. That’s great customer service.I didn’t get around to installing it for about 2 or 3 months, return window closed. Following the manuals, youtube, and talking with the Lord for hours and could not get it to work. I even had two friends look at the darn thing and still could not get it to work. I gave up, went to Home depot, and got a normal look and I’m happy.The lock is hefty and solid, it looks very good, easy install, but with my lock I got a bad one.

I’m really happy with this keyless entry door lock. It was very easy to install. It was able to do it myself in under 30 minutes using just a screwdriver. The instructions were clear, and everything I needed was included.One feature I really appreciate is that it comes with 2 physical keys, just in case the battery ever dies. Installation was easy for my husband. Easy to program. Works great to keep secure; heavy duty locking mechanism. Love that it relocks behind me as I enter. The only drawback is the language setting is stuck and I have no idea what it’s saying. Because my husband installed, I no longer have the paperwork to see if this can be corrected. Overall great value for money.

Edit: I am changing my rating to reflect my overall experience now. After my original review the company refunded us due to the issues we faced, which I do appreciate. I would still be hesitant to buy another product from the company that may require product support, which is still sad to say because I do really like the lock itself!I emailed them over a week ago; you can’t even reach the company to ask questions about the product unless you buy it and get the email address in the manual. There was no troubleshooting options for the issue we were having, and the email support never got back to me.For an electronic product you pay this much more, I’m shocked by the lack of customer service. I was planning to write a great review but cannot if this situation does not improve.
