This smart ring is a great option instead of big smartwatches. It’s really light and comfortable, so you can wear it all the time, even while you sleep. The sleep tracking gives a lot of details about different stages and how well you rest. I’m really happy with how accurate the heart rate and SpO2 tracking is during the day. Health Smart Ring Fitness Tracker
I collect actual watches, so I won’t use a smart watch. This ring performs all the health functions a smart watch could offer.I track my BP, O2, BPM, and sleep. Based on the ring measurements compared with measurements obtained from each individual device, the ring is fairly accurate. It may not be exact, but the results are not so far off as to cause unnecessary concern.The ring seems to be a Samsung ring clone. I checked out the Samsung ring and the ring and case are very similar. I like the case for this ring. When the ring is charging, the lights on the case flash letting you know it’s charging. Once the lights go out you know the ring is charged. Once charged, it lasts around 4 to 5 days before needing another charge.Finally, you have to use an app to track your readings. It runs in the background, but it crashes daily if not multiple times daily. It doesn’t affect my phone, it just gives a notification that the app has crashed. Hopefully it gets fixed bc without the app, you’ve got a plain silver ring that’s not even heavy enough to make a good paperweight.

Inexpensive Samsung like Smart Ring
This ring comes very complete with 2 chargers. It has a direct plug that attaches to the ring and it comes with a charging base that also stores it’s own charge and has a magnet built in to align the ring for charging. The ring looks nice with a high qualiity staninless steel and well-made, as do the charge cord and charging base. I compared the ring to my Polar Vantage watch and the ring seems to do well at recording resting pulse and heart rate throughout the night. It also provides blood oxygen content. The watch and charger seem very similar to the Samsung ring, though the software is different. I have not tried pairing this ring with the Samsung software. The ring was easy to pair with my iphone. The size is true to ring size and fits well.

Hello, I initially had doubts about this product, but it seems to fit me well, and so far it works. It tracks the distance I walk and monitors my heart rate. My goal for the year is a healthier life.

App is way too invasive – I have security concerns
I got this for my husband, and the ring itself fits fine and looks great. The problem isn’t the hardware — it’s the app. To even use the ring, the app requires full permission to your phone, including access to all photos and files. Restricting those permissions made the app completely unusable.That level of access is unnecessary and instantly gave my husband the security-concern heebie-jeebies. Why on earth does a fitness ring need photo access, anyway?It’s disappointing, because if the app had reasonable permissions, this could’ve been an incredible budget-friendly alternative to the big-name smart rings. Unfortunately, until the developers scale back the privacy intrusion, I can’t recommend it.
