Quaility brush, best for thick hair
For refernece, I got this for my daughters 2B/2C curly hair but it worked better for my husbands 3A curly hair. The listing does not state for 3A-4c hair, but the box states that it is best for those hair types. The listing is a bit misleading in the hair types it shows.The brush itself is a sturdy plastic, no bend when using it. The point is a pain free way to separate or part the hair. The sides have curved teeth, which really helps when shaping wet hair. Since the brush is vented, i also tried it for blow drying my 2A/2B hair, and it worked okay. The bristles are a little too sturdy for daily use on my hair, but that is to be expected since this is meant for thicker and curly hair, not my finer wavy/semi curly hair. I did have a bit of trouble trying to use this brush in my husband 3A curly hair, but that coukd be a bit of a skill issue honestly. I am going to keep working with it, as it does give great results so far in his 3A/3B hair.It was a little more challenging to clean out the hair from the boar bristles than my normal brush The brush itself is very cute as well- the pink is a nice shade and the Maui loop is a nice addition.The pricepoint if $16 is not bad and it is currently onky $12. I think it is worth the price for the heavy weight and multiple uses.
