Bright Butterfly-Sleeve Top with a Vintage Feel
I ordered this blouse in the size medium, yellow. It has a very loose, comfortable fit without being overly poofy. I love the retro 60s/70s-inspired pattern, and the butterfly sleeves add some pizzazz while providing nice coverage for the upper arms.I had a hard time choosing a color, but I’m really glad I went with the yellow. It’s very bright and vibrant, overall more orange-toned, with accents of pale yellow, periwinkle, light blue, and ochre.The fabric is a thin, lightweight polyester, but it isn’t see-through. The textured look you see in some areas is actually part of the print, not the fabric itself. The photos of the yellow top show slight variation; the blouse I received looks like the first (top) photo and the “flat real shot” photo. The difference is very subtle and mainly affects where the printed texture appears.For reference, I have a 36″ bust and feel I could have sized down to a small, though the medium doesn’t feel overly large. Because of the loose silhouette, I think this top would be flattering on many different body types.The price has dropped since I received this blouse, and it’s a great deal right now at under $15. That said, I’d still feel it’s worth paying a bit more for the style and quality.

Cute, but maybe not for everyone?
I like this top, but I don’t love it. Here’s why:Fit: I actually like the fit a lot, but if you are a true S or XS it will be too big on you. I’m a S or M, and the S in this works well.Style: It’s a nice, flowy and forgiving top. But the neckline coming up all the way, combined with the busy pattern, creates a slightly unflattering combination in my opinion. I think it needs a substantial necklace to take up some of that space in the chest area. (see pics)Pattern: It’s one of those patterns that looks nice in the pics, but up close is kind of strange and cheap looking with a “faux distressed” look to it. I’ve posted a pic of the fabric up close so you can decide for yourself.Overall: I will wear this top (spring, summer) even though it’s not my favorite. I do love the brightness of the colors which are flattering on me. I’ll probably pair it with jeans, shorts or linen pants. Maybe wear a jacket over it.

Really comfortable blouse
I ordered this orange abstract summer blouse and I’m really happy with it, especially for the price. I’m a female and I always look for tops that are cute and lightweight but still comfortable, and this one is a great value for the money without feeling cheap.The colors and pattern are what make it so fun. It has a bold abstract swirl design with bright orange as the main color, mixed with coral/pink and yellow on a light background. It’s very summery, vibrant, and flattering, and it looks great with basic bottoms like jeans, shorts, or white pants because the top does all the talking.Fit-wise, it’s a nice relaxed blouse shape. The body is flowy and forgiving, and it drapes really nicely instead of clinging to the stomach. The sleeves have a little volume (more like a puff/ruffle sleeve), which gives it a dressier look and makes it feel more like a blouse than a regular T-shirt. The neckline sits comfortably, and the back has a small button closure, which is a nice detail.The only thing to note is the chest area. Because I’m bigger busted, it is pretty tight across my chest compared to the rest of the top. For me it’s still wearable and overall the fit is still really good and comfortable, but if you have a larger chest like I do, that’s something to keep in mind (you may want to consider sizing up for more room).Overall, I think it’s a great summer top: bright, flattering colors, a cute blouse style that looks more polished than a basic tee, comfortable flowy fit through the body, and a good value for the money. I’d definitely recommend it, especially if you want something fun and festive for warm weather.
