Easy install; works as advertised, nice lock!
Bought for my son’s college apartment that he shares with a roommate. Bought one for the roommate’s room, but he declined to have it installed. When our son leaves for classes or is gone, there is peace of mind that his room and his valuables are locked up (not that we don’t trust the roommate, but we don’t know the roommates’ friends that visit). When we visit, we can use the code, or even have a fingerprint registered to let us in tot he room, too!

Overall very happy!
Overall the lock in my opinion is great. It was probably one of the easiest smart locks I’ve ever installed. Once installed and powered (by 4 AAA batteries) it was quite easy to set up. I followed a YouTube video cause I like videos better and the instructions are clearly translated to English. Also I saw some say it died very fast so I bought rechargeable AAA batteries cause I thought I would need to change the batteries all the time. Well they must have gotten defective batteries or locks cause mine is on my bedroom door and is used multiple times daily and it took almost 3 months to die. As far as the finger print that works also better than expected endless you have anything on your finger (including water) it almost opens 100% of the time I did put in multiple readings of my same finger as in my experience that helps so maybe that’s why it works so well for me but overall for the price I really love this lock.

It’s Alright
The doorknob is pretty cool. Setting it up was pretty easy. Having the horizontal touch key codes along the lever is a little awkward and weird so I always opt for using the fingerprint scanner.The finger print scanner could be better. It is pretty sensitive. You have to make sure your thumb is always in the exact same position with the same pressure most times in order for it to work. On average it takes two or three times for a successful scan. It reminds me when cell phones first came out with fingerprint scanners and it was definitely cool but it still needed improvement.Also, it only came with 1 long screw to secure the knob to the door. The other one was missing. I make do with 1 and I just have it cranked right to avoid torquing. Besides that the doorknob is good enough for me.

Ignore the negatives reviews! They did not program correctly!
I was hesitant buying this since one video posted here showed someone using his elbow, foot, arm to open the handle. Well ignore that guy and his review. He did not read the instructions.He did not properly program his handle.The instructions allow for BOTH touch sensitive OR biometric setting. If you set the program up to touch sensitive, then any warm part of your body will open it. But if you set it to fingerprint only it works with fingerprint only. I tried opening it with other body parts while set to 2 finger prints and ONLY those 2 finger prints would open it.The instructions are a bit cumbersome as it is written in Chinglesh with poor translation. But once you figure out what they are trying to say, rather than read it literally, you’ll get it set up just fine.Mine opens remotely (wi fi) through a phone app, or finger print. I use it to lock up a liquor closet.

Great in theory but stopped working
UPDATE: after telling them that the item did not work they requested me to send a video well guess what you cannot send a video from your phone format through Amazon app. So they then requested that I send the video through WhatsApp, which I hesitantly did to start with still no remediation and they closed my case out. Do not recommend this company.They have not refunded me, it’s been weeksThe original one we bought has given us zero issues, the second one has been finicky since the start. I bought this second one in February and the biometric finger print is no longer working.Also the original one we bought isn’t linked to the same app even though we bought it from the same manufacturer. So I had to download two different apps for the same exact item

Actually works really well
Very little play in the handle and easy to install hardware. Multiple ways to unlock and a backup key in case technology fails. The app actually functions pretty well, even if there’s a significant delay to connect or perform tasks. Fingerprint reader is surprisingly spry, responsive, and accurate. Overall I’m very pleased seeing as I was almost sure it would be junk due to the obviously Chinese origin. Almost a year removed from purchase and I’m really impressed.

Great product
This was so easy to install it only took me about 20 minutes. Then upon installing, the setup was just as easy. The longest part was installing the app on my phone. Once that was done, I moved fairly quickly.Now that I’ve been using the product for 3 months, the usability is great and the ease of user is superb. I got this so my 10 year old could enter the house without the need for a key. It’s exactly what we needed and it’s doing what we needed it to do. I give this product two thumbs 👍👍 way up!

I just look at the video and saw that the door Handel needs batteries I never seen before in my life I think it’s a battery in there country origin but they are supposed to bring with the order 2 batteries to turn it on. What Type of Battery are they
